A leather manufacture SOXISIX was established in 2009 with the aim of making perfect vintage belts and accessories of rugged quality. After a period of seeking old records, gathering necessary information, tools and manufacturing processes, and developing genuine materials, in 2011 we started to make the first models of belts inspired by Czechoslovak army, air force, police and legions from 1918-1939. The handcrafted manufacture uses only original techniques and as true materials as possible e.g. pine salt waxed natural sewing, spirit stain dyeing, glazing with French polish and agate glass, two-thread seam and leather glue water for edges. Buckles are made of authentic materials with genuine surface finish. All our materials are of Czech origin. Since our manufacture is exclusively 100% hand-made, our annual production is limited to an exact number of pieces. Each of our products has its registration number which is carefully filed in our records and history of the product can be found under the number easily. No machine can replace the magic and soul of craftwork and every vintage product enthusiast knows it is true.
